Refund policy

We do not offer returns on orders, unless the product is damaged or flawed.  Color variations due to lot differences or manufacturing processes are not considered flaws, nor are wrinkles or creases from storage, packaging, or shipping.

Damaged or flawed items: Upon receiving your order, if a product is found to be flawed,  please reach out to us within 7 business days so we can come to a resolution. Returned items must be sent back in condition received with no odors, alterations, or additional defects. A shipping label will be provided for return of the flawed product. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
